For supervisors
Stop chasing hours at report time
When a board report comes due, you're emailing supervisees for numbers, cross-checking supervision totals by hand, and hoping every month actually counted. Almost Licensed gives you a live view of everyone you supervise, so you already know.

What you get
One dashboard for your whole caseload
Once a supervisee connects and you accept, it reads the hours they already log — you never re-enter a number. When a review period closes, the supervision report is already carrying those hours.
A “needs you now” queue
Your home screen ranks alerts by severity: who's behind on required supervision this month, whose report deadline has passed, and who signed up but hasn't started logging. The most urgent thing is always on top.
A full roster
Every active supervisee in one table: this month's supervision and direct hours, total hours toward licensure, last activity, and the next review due. Spot who's drifting before it's a problem.
A review-deadline timeline
Every reporting deadline across your caseload, grouped by month, with overdue ones first. Oregon six-month BLSW windows and OBLPCT annual windows are computed automatically; Washington is cumulative-only, so no invented dates.
Read-only supervisee detail
Drill into any supervisee to see their logged hours and progress toward licensure. They see the same numbers, so a supervision session starts from shared facts instead of a spreadsheet neither of you trusts.
The supervision report itself
When a period closes, open the report from that supervisee: hours and dates are already filled in from what they logged, and you write the narrative sections and tick the attestations. Filing it freezes the numbers, and it downloads as a PDF. Oregon social work reports fill the board's own BLSW form; other tracks get a summary. Every report you write, draft or filed, stays in one searchable archive.
How it works
Create your account
Sign up, confirm your email, and tell us your license, states, and the disciplines you supervise. That's your directory listing, and it takes a couple of minutes.
Your supervisees connect
Share an invite code, email them an invitation from your settings, or let them find you in the directory. Each request lands in your queue to accept or decline, and both sides get an email when it changes. Only after you accept can you see their hours.
Open the app when a report's due
The triage queue, roster, and review timeline tell you where everyone stands and what's overdue, so you walk into report season already knowing the numbers. Fill the supervision report from those numbers and download it. You sign it, and it goes to the board through the usual process — the app doesn't submit anything on your behalf.
Works across all three states and all three disciplines
If you supervise clinical social workers, professional counselors, or marriage & family therapists in Oregon, Washington, or Florida, the app already knows the rules for each track (CSWA and LSWAIC and RCSWI, LPC Registered Associate and LMHCA and RMHCI, LMFT Registered Associate and LMFTA and RMFTI), so a mixed caseload lives in one place with the right milestones and reporting cadence per person. Washington and Florida report cumulatively rather than in board windows, so for those supervisees you set the period a report covers.
What the supervisor side costs
Nothing today. Supervisor pricing hasn't been set yet, and we won't guess at a number before it is.
No charge today
No card on file, no trial countdown, nothing scheduled to start billing.
When supervisor pricing is set, we'll tell you before it takes effect, and you can decide then.

A few honest notes
- Who built this?
- A CSWA in Oregon tracking his own hours toward LCSW. The supervisee side has been in daily use for a while; the supervisor side is newer and being shaped with the supervisors using it right now.
- What isn't built yet?
- Submitting to your board. You can fill out a supervision report in the app, file it, and download it as a PDF, but nothing is transmitted to a licensing board and the in-app sign-off is an internal record rather than the board's signature — you sign the PDF, and it reaches the board through the existing process, which in every track we support means your supervisee files it. There's also no messaging thread: you can send a supervisee a one-off nudge from an alert row, and that's the whole of it.
- Is the directory verified?
- No. Supervisor directory listings are self-attested, and the app doesn't verify licenses or credentials. Almost Licensed is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any licensing board.
