> Clinical hour tracker for social workers, counselors, and marriage & family therapists pursuing LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in Oregon and Washington.

## What It Does

Almost Licensed is a web app that helps associate-level clinicians across three disciplines (clinical social work, counseling, and marriage & family therapy) track their clinical hours toward independent licensure. It supports six (discipline × state) configurations:

- Oregon clinical social work: CSWA → LCSW (Board of Licensed Social Workers, BLSW)
- Washington clinical social work: LSWAIC → LICSW (Department of Health)
- Oregon counseling: Registered Associate → LPC (Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, OBLPCT)
- Washington counseling: LMHCA → LMHC (Department of Health, form DOH 670-128)
- Oregon MFT: Registered Associate → LMFT (OBLPCT)
- Washington MFT: LMFTA → LMFT (Department of Health, form DOH 670-005)

Users log four to five numbers each week — total work hours, direct client hours, individual supervision, group supervision, and (for MFT users) couples & family hours. The app handles everything else — calculating the right reporting windows for each discipline (six-month for OR SW, annual for OR LPC/LMFT, none/cumulative for WA), tracking progress toward state-specific milestones, evaluating per-month supervision rules, and generating the numbers needed for board reports.

- In-month tracker card showing current-month tier + status pill (compliant / approaching / over-and-undersupervised)
- Retroactive at-risk card for OR LPC/LMFT (surfaces past months that violated the proportional rule before the annual report)
